The Story Behind
The Signature.
Every Sunday, there was always a bottle of hot pepper sauce on Granny's table.
Family gathered, food was shared, stories were told, and somehow that sauce found its way onto everything.
The Signature is inspired by those memories. Built around the warmth and depth of scotch bonnet, we've taken the flavours we grew up with and refined them into something uniquely Authentic-Ate.
What started around a family table has become the flavour people come back for.
